Karen M. Pierce

Karen Pierce is an expert in business and crisis leadership.

She is an accomplished international businesswoman and pilot with 20 years of global corporate experience and 16 years in Asia, developing her consulting and coaching business. She has a rare combination of experience in demanding industries such as aviation, technology, and manufacturing. Coupled with an understanding of culture and its impact on the success of an organization, Karen brings powerful insight to companies and their leaders.

Karen’s unique leadership framework broke new ground in facilitating successful, authentic leadership amid change and disruption. She led through catastrophic events — such as the Fukushima nuclear disaster — and liaised at the highest levels of government to effect groundbreaking change.

Her framework now unites splintered teams, drives productivity, and provides insight to foresee and offset significant company threats. It helps leaders leverage their unique talents, creates a winning company culture of trust, collaboration, and innovation that enables organizations to thrive.

Jeannie Duncan, PhD

Jeannie works with brilliant leaders to make a big difference in the world.

A graduate of Fielding Graduate University’s Evidence Based Coaching Program and certified in group coaching, Jeannie also has three Master’s degrees in Educational Administration, Human Resources Management and Development, and Organizational Development―and her Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems.

Jeannie has 25 years of corporate executive experience in talent management and organizational development roles across the U.S., Middle East, Southeast Asia and South America. 

She is passionate about helping technical experts who become organizational leaders align their quest for excellence with the talents and well-being of their teams and organizations. 

With her support, leaders have shifted organizational cultures to strengthen engagement and contribution at all levels, and re-engineered talent management processes resulting in increased productivity and unparalleled employee and community loyalty.

She now serves the top executives who need her most, across a broad range of industries from retail to mining and manufacturing, to create successful, healthy, mutually rewarding and thriving workplaces everywhere.

Tom Pierce

Tom works with senior leadership teams to align and transform their organizations, make better decisions, execute their strategy, improve accountability, and scale their businesses by doing the right work, in the right order, at the right time!

He has lived and worked on six continents, leading and growing global businesses to deliver results in culturally diverse organizations, including a business in a Fortune 75. He provides companies with critical insights and connects them to their desire for business success through a unique and creative methodology. 

Tom was brought in to turn around a failing division of a large international company.  This division lacked a market-centric strategy, its staff was demoralized through yearly leadership transitions, and it struggled with an ineffective management operating system. Tom installed a growth strategy, built a robust management operating system, and rebuilt the culture within two years.  Business performance dramatically improved, and employee and executive leadership confidence was restored.

His leadership experience spans high-growth startups to running a business unit for a Fortune 75. Tom has worked with organizations worldwide: US, Europe, India, China, Asia, and South America. His ability to strategically unify leaders and their people is fueled by his dedication to creating a culture of leadership alignment, decision making, and accountability to drive results and long-term growth and success.

Scott Knutson

Scott has been in the employee and organizational development field for over 25 years. He has worked with multiple national and multinational organizations in the U.S. and abroad, including Seagate Technologies, Freeport-McMoRan, Inc., CEA Study Abroad, Los Alamos National Laboratories, Climax Molybdenum, Sociedad Minerales Cerro Verde, and Carvana. For the last 10 years, he worked specifically in leadership and organizational development, working with individual leaders and teams to improve performance. Scott is certified in the LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) methodology, and has used LSP to coach leaders, as well as helping dyads and teams improve communication, productivity, and engagement.

Scott has an MBA with an emphasis in management and is currently working on his dissertation that focuses on servant leadership. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD). In addition to his passion for helping others improve, he has a passion for working with non-profits. He has served on several non-profit boards, and currently serves as the past president of Rebuilding Together Valley of the Sun (RTVOS).

Joe Mitchell

Joe Mitchell is an Executive with experience managing emerging technologies and mature market organizations. His expertise lies in challenging the status quo to steer innovative, multimillion-dollar global operational and commercial strategies that build profitable ventures from the ground up and revitalize mature businesses into more competitive enterprises.

His knowledge and success in implementing effective Management Operating Systems in multiple organizations have improved business and financial processes, discipline, and governance to drive growth and improve competitive position, profitability, and value.

Joe has international experience at a C-suite level with an emphasis on Operational Excellence. This includes Product Development, Business Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Governance with a focus on smaller new technology companies. In addition, Joe has an MBA from Vanderbilt University, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt and certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. With a deep understanding of critical topics, Joe brings a valuable perspective to the table that shapes organizations and industries, which continuously helps organizations optimize their operations and achieve sustainable success.

Cyndi (Crother) Laurin, PhD is a Business Advisor/Coach with 25+ years of experience specializing in business operations, leadership, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. She is an award-winning business author and speaker.
